We partnered with our friends at Wild Lab Bakery in Lexington, Kentucky to create a portable, long-lasting sourdough starter for home bakers.
A sourdough starter is the living culture that gives naturally leavened bread its flavor, structure, and depth. This starter is dehydrated at peak vitality and can be easily rehydrated at home. With regular feeding and care, it can be maintained indefinitely.
Suitable for both first-time and experienced bakers.
