Custom made Appalachian style sweeper

Each of these brooms is hand crafted, start to finish for you, and hand woven by me, Cynthia, with a non-electric process: each handle is found in the woods, hand shaved with a drawknife, and spokeshave, and burnished with a homemade tool. Each broom is hand woven by me using traditional crafting techniques.

This graceful Appalachian style broom comes with a handle claimed from the fallen branches we search for in the woods of Kentucky. These heirloom quality brooms hang joyfully on the walls of the homes they keep clean. Loose fibers at the ends make for excellent indoor sweeping. Please specify a note if the broom is going to an extra tall or small person, and anything else you want me to consider in making this broom! Each broom is carefully crafted to your specifications.
