SHIPPING

We ship out orders within 2-3 weeks after purchase in 100% recycled packaging. We generally ship USPS and UPS. After your item ships, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number. All packages are insured, so please contact us at care@sunhousecraft.com with any questions regarding your shipment.

Please allow another two weeks for crafting and shipping of your replacement item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
